Sea Bass can be cooked
Chinese style with onions and soy. Medium size Bass may be subject to a
small surcharge, large Bass can serve two persons.
Monkfish
cooked Provencal style.
Scallops cooked with a
garlic, cream and white wine sauce
or
Scallops cooked with Bacon,
onions, and garlic.
We also offer fresh Swordfish,
and Yellow Fin Tuna

1. simply grilled with butter,

2. lightly coated with garlic,
and toasted under a hot grill, and served with the garlic butter jus.
