Locally Caught Fish can include any of the following
your waitress will tell you what we have, and what is fresh, or good for the time of year, at the chef-proprietor's direction.

Sea Bass
simply grilled with butter, black pepper, salt and fines herbes, and served with the cooking jus, lemon & parsley.
Sea Bass can be cooked Chinese style with onions and soy. Medium size Bass may be subject to a small surcharge, large Bass can serve two persons. 

Monkfish cooked Provencal style. 
Scallops cooked with a garlic, cream and white wine sauce
or
Scallops cooked with Bacon, onions, and garlic.

We also offer fresh Swordfish, and Yellow Fin Tuna
Cooked 3 ways.
1. simply grilled with butter, black pepper, salt and fines herbes, and served with the cooking jus.
2. lightly coated with garlic, and toasted under a hot grill, and served with the garlic butter jus.
3. Grilled with Cajun spices

 
Lobster to special order (3 days notice & subject to availability).
Fresh, locally caught and prepared to your liking with a Sauce of your choice; Thermidor, Newberg, Garlic Butter, Grilled or Salad. Fully prepeared and picked, with everything except the shell edible.

Our fish is delivered fresh, served on the night, and then fast frozen to preserve its freshness. On Friday evenings, you can often choose your own fish from the van if the timing is right!
